1. Eligibility for Refunds:

• You may be eligible for a refund if your purchase meets one of the following criteria:
  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product you received is significantly different from the one you ordered.
  • You cancel a custom order before production begins.

2. Custom Order Cancellation:

• Custom orders, which include items personalized with names, dates, or specific designs, can not be cancelled or refunded once production begins. 
• If you have concerns about your custom order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

3. Refund Request Process:

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos or descriptions of the issue, including any damage or defects, to support your refund request.

4. Refund Options:

Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer’s discretion. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days from the approval of the refund request. Please note, the refund may take 3 to 5 days to appear on your credit card or bank statement. This is due to the banks processing time.

5. Return Shipping:

If your refund is approved, you may be required to return the product. Return shipping costs will be covered by Houston Custom Print for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other cases, such as change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
